Our reentry Support Program assists individuals on parole or probation in successfully transitioning back into the community.  We provide hands-on support to remove barriers and promote stability.

• Assistance obtaining IDs, birth certificates, and Social Security cards

• Guidance navigating probation/parole requirements

• Connection to community resources and services

We provide mentorship and guidance to youth, helping them build confidence, life skills, and positive direction.
